Advisory Board

zetVisions provides its clients with innovative solutions in the areas of Corporate Govnernace & Compliance, focusing on investment management and corporate management. The creation of an advisory board in July 2007 serves to bundle the available knowledge in the specialized area of investment controlling and management. The advisory board will serve to provide both impetus and an innovative force. We are pleased that several well-known figures in academia and practice intend to accompany zetVisions AG along its path.

As managing director of hartung:consult GmbH Mr. Kaschytza stands for competence in the fields of  finance & controlling/business intelligence. His consulting expertise includes business planing, consolidation, financial accounting and harmonization, business performance management, and corporate investment management, proofed in numerous projects. Before he joined hartung:consult he was member of the Boards of Directors of the Plaut Group.

Prof. Dr. Thomas C. Knecht is a partner in the Competence Center Corporate Performance at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants GmbH in Munich, where he primarily gives advice to family and holding companies on restructuring and strategic realignment. He is the author of numerous publications in these fields.


Prof. Dr. Jörn Littkemann
Prof. Dr. Jörn Littkemann
Prof. Dr. Jörn Littkemann holds the chair of Business Administration focusing on Corporate Accounting and Controlling at the FernUniversität in Hagen. He is one of the leading researchers in the field of investment controlling and is engaged primarily with questions of investment-specific structuring. Dr. Littkemann is the co-author of the standard text “Investment Controlling: A Handbook for Company and Consulting Practice” (NWB Publishers) and is a speaker on many topics in practical investment controlling at leading events. zetVisions is a corporate partner of the Littkemann Chair at the FernUniversität in Hagen. As a result the partners published the study "Trends in Investment Management" in 2008.
