Supervisory Board

Dr. h.c. Holger Reichardt is Chairman of the Supervisory Board.Until 12/31/2009 he was the curator of the Klaus Tschira Foundation gGmbH and plays an active role in different non-profit organizations. After his studies in economics and several years in an executive position at IBM (at the end, he was general agent), Holger Reinhardt was Executive Director for Marketing, Sales and Service at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen from 1998 to the end of 2003. Among others, he is member of the executive board of the Friends of the IMU (Institut für Marktorientierte Unternehmensführung) of the University of Mannheim and member of different marketing and strategy oriented committees.

Michael Kranich (born in 1964) is Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board. He studied i.a. at the WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management in Koblenz, at the Cranfield School of Management, at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Lyon as well as at the Wissenschaftliche Hochschule für Unternehmensführung in Vallendar (Diploma in Business Administration and Management). Although having started working, Mr. Kranich completed additional studies at the Academy ebs in Oestrich-Winkel, which he completed as real estate economist (ebs) between 1997 and 1998.

From 1991 to 1994, Mr. Kranich worked as Assistant of the Executive Board and afterwards in the area of real estate credit management at the Landesbank Rheinland-Pfalz in Mainz. From  1999 to 2008, Michael Kranich worked for the RMN Holding GmbH in Heidelberg and was within his position as CEO in charge of the Hopp „Family Office“. Today he is responsible for real estate investments at aeris CAPITAL.

Elena M. Ordóñez del Campo is Member of the zetVisions Supervisory Board. She studied Information Technology at the University of Deutso (Bilbao, Spain) from 1982 to 1988. In the 30-year history of the faculty of Computer Sciences, she has been noted as one of the most distinguished students.

Ms. Ordóñez del Campo has been working for SAP AG since October 1988. She has already taken over several leading positions in the field of software development. Between 2000 and 2003, she was responsible for the development and positioning of the SAP Human Capital Management solution (SAP ERP HCM).

Since the mid-2003, Ms. Ordóñez del Campo has been Senior Vice President Globalization Services at SAP AG, which is accountable for the internationalization, localization and translation of all SAP solutions.
