Initial situation

  • Different lists of investments were created with Excel, Word and/ or Power-Point by diverse central sections as well as by sub-groups
  • Due to numerous changes at the investment companies, the continuous updating of the overview „Investments, associated companies“ required a high maintenance
  • All changes had to be transferred manually in all further lists/ evaluations
  • The list of shareholdings was created and distributed annually. 
  • Multiple paper storage of documents relating to company law (contracts, commercial registers, etc.) in different divisions
