zetVisions appoints Wolfgang Kemna as CEO

Change of leadership at the Heidelberg-based Software Company

Dr. Wolfgang KemnaThe Supervisory Board of zetVisions AG has appointed Dr. Wolfgang Kemna as the Chief Executive Officer. The former member of the Supervisory Board is taking over the mandate of Marko Albrecht who will continue his career outside zetVisions. Elena Maria Ordonez del Campo, Senior Vice President of Globalization Services, will support zetVisions as new Member of the Supervisory Board.

Uwe R. Feuersenger, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, comments the change: “We are opening a new chapter of  zetVisions history with Wolfgang Kemna. After the completion of successful acquisitions, the core of our operations will be the focus on our customers. Wolfgang Kemna brings in long-term sales experience as well as a successful manager career in leadership positions at SAP. Due to his former mandate in the Supervisory Board of zetVisions, he is well-acquainted with the  business processes and product portfolio and will thus be able to assume the office immediately.“

zetVisions' new CEO is looking forward to his new tasks and duties: “The great number of customers, the motivated team and the great potential of the zetVisions solutions were reasons enough to provide my experience in the field to zetVisions,“ explains Kemna.

Wolfgang Kemna had been fulfilling the duties of Chairman of the Board at Living-e AG in Karlsruhe, when he chose to join zetVisions. Before managing Living-e, he worked for SAP AG and its affilliates on national and international levels between 1987 and 2007. He was Managing Director of the SAP subsidiaries in South Africa, Germany, and the US, and Managing Director of the SAP-subsidiary Steeb.
