Monika Pürsing appointed to the Executive Board by zetVisions

Marcus Frey and Cornelia Möhrlen have resigned from the Executive Board at the turn of the year

Heidelberg, January 7, 2010 ---- The European market leader in Corporate Investment Management, the Heidelberg zetVisions AG, has restructured the Executive Board. Monika Pürsing has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) by the Supervisory Board effective January 1, 2010. Simultaneously, Marcus Frey, member of the Executive Board and in charge of product management and development to date, and Cornelia Möhrlen, Director of Finances and Human Ressources have resigned from the company.

Since her entrance into zetVisions in March 2006, Monika Pürsing is in charge of product management. She has many years of experience with the implementation of Corporate Investment Management solutions with many groups. As a member of the Executive Board of zetVisions AG, she is in charge of product management, development and internal IT. CEO Wolfgang Kemna continues to be in charge of professional services, sales, marketing and is further responsible for finances and controlling.

Through a consultancy contract, Cornelia Möhrlen remains connected to the company. Marcus Frey, one of the founders and longstanding CEO of OpenData Systemhaus GmbH, absorbed by zetVisions in 2007, will apply himself to his numerous other projects.
