Connection to Consolidation Applications

With zetVisions’ solutions you can use your consolidation in many ways: As a master data tool we support the data quality and deliver standard reports for the reporting. Thereby, we connect all standard consolidation tools to the market. Thus, important information needs to be recorded only once and its consistency and quality can be verified by workflows and data recording monitors. This leads to considerably reduced expenditures. zetVisions products themselves don’t consolidate, but they represent a non-overlapping supplement.

Here are some examples:

SAP-SEM-BCS

zetVisions CIM allows to collect hierarchies, rates, book values, as well as master data locally and web-based and transferring them to the BCS. This interface is available in a standard version and is maintained with every new release. Customers, who use BCS, benefit from noticeably higher data quality at enormously reduced expenditures. Only deviations, which are listed clearly in a BW report, need to be tracked in the headquarters. 

SAP EC-CS

Also for existing customers, who use EC-CS, zetVisions CIM offers integration advantages. The collection and transfer of master data, hierarchies and additional legal reporting data (rates and book values) support the accounting system with more efficient processes and has already been successfully established in customer projects.

SAP BusinessObjects Financial Consolidation

The connection to SAP BO-FC is already available. With these consolidation solutions it is possible to harmonize and synchronize data by flat file exchanging. The extension of the interfaces by SAP’s “Financial Information Management” tool has further advantages.
