Dr. h.c. Holger Reichardt
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Dr. h.c. Holger Reichardt is Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Until 12/31/2009 he was the curator of the Klaus Tschira Foundation gGmbH and plays an active role in different non-profit organizations.
After his studies in economics and several years in an executive position at IBM (at the end, he was general agent), Holger Reinhardt was Executive Director for Marketing, Sales and Service at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen from 1998 to the end of 2003.
Among others, he is member of the executive board of the Friends of the IMU (Institut für Marktorientierte Unternehmensführung) of the University of Mannheim and member of different marketing and strategy oriented committees.
Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Robert Stein is Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
After obtaining his business degree, Mr. Stein started his career at Arthur Andersen in 1990. Between 1996 and 2013, he worked as an investment manager for 3i Group plc and later on for Argantis GmbH, in various senior positions from 2000. During this time, Mr. Stein oversaw private-equity investments in the field of venture capital and classic growth financing as well as succession solutions for SMEs.
Since 2013, Mr. Stein has been a Managing Partner at Arcana Capital GmbH, which supports business people and family offices in managing and developing their private-equity investments.
Prof. Dr. Martin Przewloka
Member of the Supervisory Board
Professor Przewloka is a leading thinker and visionary regarding the conception, implementation, and impact assessment of the digital transformation, spanning all industry sectors. His work covers issues like the principles and applications associated with Industry 4.0, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence.
Mr. Przewloka can look back at 30 years of experience as a manager, entrepreneur, and scientist. Developing and adapting new technologies with the goal of creating added value for users has been a decisive aspect in every step along his career path.
