My typical working day starts with…

… looking for cookies in the back office. In the first quiet hour I plan the tasks for the day before usually the phone starts to ring and I begin with supporting/advising clients in their daily challenges and requests.

Typical challenges in my working environment are…

… to translate the wishes on the software of the customers in the “IT language”, to check them on feasibility and to evaluate alternative approaches. In workshops and training sessions with the customer the requirements are communicated, to be subsequently “translated” in the technical concepts. More complex analyses of the data in the form of reports for clients I create on my own, e.g. summary of fixed assets, master data sheets or shareholding lists.

My highlight today was...

… the approval of an interface for the production from a customer after a long requirements definition phase.

At zetVisions excites me especially…

... the width of my area of ​​responsibility. Externally, I advise customers, create for them, among other things, customized reports or support them in technical issues. Internally, I work closely with colleagues from the development to contribute my experience with the customer to the development of our software. The tasks are varied and it is never boring!
