Iris has been working in Sales at zetVisions since December 2014.

My typical working day starts with…

... a quick look in the calendar, followed by the first short phone calls, and of course our daily scrum.

Typical challenges in my working environment…

… the different tasks are complex and interesting. The main focus of my job is of course the acquisition of new customers, this includes, always in close cooperation with the presales team, preparing and organizing our software presentations, presenting the software to or prospective customers, drafting of sales offers and contracts, discussing and perhaps negotiating these contracts with the prospects, and last but not least the closing of the deal.

During events, like trade fairs and conventions, the sales team represents the zetVisions AG and our solutions.

Of course, there are plenty of small and time consuming activities as well: phoning for events and mailing campaigns, the documentation of our activities and calls in our CRM, and managing the numerous follow-ups of our numerous leads.

Today’s highlight was…

… the receipt of an order, of course!

At zetVisions excites me especially…

… the collaboration with my nice colleagues, and the broad and diversified area of responsibilities.

Each customer has different requests, which need to be understood and applied to our products – this is always done in close cooperation with the other teams.
