My typical working day starts with…

… a cup of coffee, a throw into the office basketball basket and a look into the calendar and the ticket system. This gives an overview so I can prioritize which customer requests to address. This is always done in coordination with the whole support team.

Typical challenges in my working environment are…

… to act foremost as an interface between my own team (Professional Services) on the one side and the Development and the Product Management on the other side. Hereby it is important to combine the wishes and requests from different parties, in-house but even more so on customer side. To find the balance between Support and Consulting and thus be in an advisory function for the customer, so in the end the customer will get the maximum benefits from our solution.

My highlight today was...

… the successful delivery of a new Service Pack and its acceptance through the customer. Through Service Packs we ensure that all news/changes of the product are delivered to our customers. A delivery is successful when the customers tested error-free after uploading the Service Pack.

At zetVisions excites me especially…

… the diversified tasks in the area of Professional Services, as well as the policy of open doors and the resulting atmosphere of flat hierarchies. My co-workers, independently of their position in the company, always have an open ear. In this atmosphere I just feel comfortable.
