Susanna has been working at the reception at zetVisions since July 2017.

My typical working day starts with…

…the challenging puzzling together of the coffee maker, flooding the office with coffee fragrance and checking the cookie selection. The putting together of my to-do-list and checking the emails and the calendars of the division managers is next on the agenda.

Typical challenges in my working environment…

… are manifold. They include the coordination of different tasks for customers, co-workers and superiors. Flexibility is the key word: whether processing the in- and outgoing mail, managing and preparing the conference rooms, receiving and forwarding phone calls or managing the travel arrangements of the team. Scheduling appointments with the janitors and other service providers is another part of my job. Also very important: there always has to be an adequate stock of supplies, e.g. office supplies, soft drinks, coffee, tea and cookies(!) - otherwise I’ll have a riot on hand. ;-)

Today’s highlight was…

… to find an affordable hotel room in a fully booked Munich during trade fairs.
