Meet the Experts "Legal Entity Management and Value Orientation"
June 21st, 2012 - Zurich (Switzerland)
In cooperation with KPMG
What really counts is the value enhancement of the corporation. For this purpose, each company must develop and implement its own strategy. In most cases, this leads to an organization with holding structures in which subsidiaries act largely independently in the market. This model strengthens the corporate responsibility and management’s ambition and allows for a consistent level of incentives. The headquarters provide strategic direction and align all activities towards the shared goal of increasing the value of the entire corporation. Legal Entity Management is central to these efforts.
The trend is obvious: the administration of legally separate entities will not suffice anymore - active portfolio optimization is in high demand.
In cooperation with KPMG (Switzerland), zetVisions invites you to an expert forum in which practice and development trends in the area of legal entity management will be discussed.
