The Volaris Group announced today the acquisition of zetVisions GmbH, a leading German software provider specializing in enterprise-wide investment and master data management. With this move, Volaris is further expanding its German portfolio in a high-growth segment. As a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc., Volaris focuses on supporting companies in vertical markets as they grow. The transaction was advised on the zetVisions side by Marks Baughan Securities, London.
