ISO 27001 - Our quality promise
Since 2024, we have been certified in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 - the internationally recognized standard for information security management systems (ISMS). The certification covers all key business activities at our Heidelberg site that are linked to the development, implementation, maintenance and operation of our software solutions.
It gives you as a prospective customer or customer the certainty that:
- our systems are regularly audited by independent bodies,
- we actively manage risks and deal with them in a documented manner,
- sensitive information is processed by us in a structured, secure and GDPR-compliant manner.

How we work - safely & responsibly
Our safety culture is not only reflected in policies and audits, but above all in everyday life:
- We pay attention to clear roles and access rights - both in the project and in product operation.
- Our employees receive regular training.
- We focus on pragmatic solutions that work in practice - from secure remote working to dealing with suppliers.
- For us, raising awareness is not a one-off campaign, but part of the way we work together. We take questions and comments seriously.
