Heidelberg, December 4, 2024 - The investment management software zetVisions CIM ("Corporate Investment Manager") from Heidelberg-based software provider zetVisions has been certified for the ninth time by one of the "Big Four" auditing firms.
The audit procedure carried out by KPMG for the 4.2 release presented in January 2024 was performed in accordance with the audit standard "The Audit of Software Products" of the Institute of Public Auditors in Germany (IDW PS 880 n.F.). KPMG confirms once again: when used properly, the software enables completeness and factual accuracy of processing in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GoB); it thus creates a reliable basis for legal entity management and compliance.
The certified software changes in zetVisions CIM 4.2 (= check areas) include the integration of external services for address and IBAN validation, reports on beneficial owners to the transparency register and an optimized reporting structure. These and the other new program functions fully meet the legal requirements. The audit did not reveal any objections, meaning that an unqualified certificate was issued. The main functions for the administration of companies and persons as well as the recording and maintenance of capital structure and shareholdings were part of the certification audit of previous zetVisions CIM versions.
The zetVisions CIM software supports companies in the task of managing and controlling national and international investments.
