The legal entity management zetVisions Insighter from the Heidelberg-based software provider zetVisions is now available with the release 5.1.
Heidelberg, November 19, 2024 - The legal entity management zetVisions Insighter from Heidelberg-based software provider zetVisions is now available with release 5.1.
The key features of the new version include, for example, the connection to the Swiss commercial register (Zefix) for checking and downloading company information. Searches for companies and persons can be carried out on the basis of reports (ad hoc reports, list reports); the search result provides all the information that would be contained in the report. The results of a search for companies and persons can be displayed hierarchically. Another feature is the option to display mandates in the participation graph (organization chart). In addition, there are improvements to the documents (upload date automatically available, new "due date" field for documents, dates also available for documents, download of documents for several companies/persons at once), and selections can be organized in folders and categories.
"Our aim with this release was to further optimize user-friendliness and introduce functions that our customers have requested," says Christian Sohn, CEO of zetVisions.
zetVisions Insighter ensures data collection, analysis and reporting for both smaller and more complex investment portfolios. Insighter can be used to manage company data such as locations, capital, mandates and functions, shareholdings, legal information as well as documents and branches. The software takes country-specific, financial and legal events into account. Organizational charts for mapping shareholdings and standard reports can be created at the touch of a button.

Release 5.1 has been available for delivery since November 15, 2024.
