Heidelberg-based zetVisions GmbH has developed the SaaS version of its legal entity management"zetVisions Insighter" in just one year. Insighter is the lean and lightweight solution for corporate groups with less complex legal entity management requirements. zetVisions has chosen Microsoft Azure as the cloud infrastructure for zetVisions Insighter. This choice ensures a solid, highly available and scalable platform.
Insighter marks the beginning of the transformation of zetVisions products to Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). zetVisions Insighter is the company's first SaaS product and a significant step towards faster delivery of software solutions, reduced costs, increased flexibility and scalability, and improved usability. As part of the development, Insighter's user interface was completely redesigned and tailored to the individual needs of customers.

Since the development of Insighter in 2000, zetVisions has worked continuously to further develop and improve the software. Insighter is currently used by a large number of customers in Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Monaco and the United States, among others, in the insurance, industry, energy and retail sectors.
Today, the software is used to keep track of the shareholdings and Management Board members of a total of 17,000 Group companies. The smallest configuration is used by a single user at head office, the largest configuration by more than 700 people worldwide. The size of the groups managed by Insighter ranges from less than 100 to more than 2000 subsidiaries and branches.
